Chad is a distinguished professional whose career spans over two decades in both military and foreign service, and now excels in the real estate industry. Chad’s extensive background and dedication uniquely position him as an exceptional real estate advisor.

Chad’s career began with a commitment to service as a Foreign Service Officer and military professional, roles that took him to U.S. Embassies in Albania, South Africa, Tajikistan, and Slovenia. Throughout these postings, he was responsible for supervising and managing a wide array of functions including contracting, logistical support, procurement, real estate, fleet management, travel, and building operations. This comprehensive experience honed his skills in leadership, negotiation, and client service, making him well-equipped to transition seamlessly into real estate.

Chad’s move to the real estate sector was driven by his passion for helping others and his keen ability to understand and meet client needs. His approach to real estate is built on a foundation of dedication, open communication, compassion, and trust. Chad excels in both representing sellers and working with buyers, utilizing his adept negotiation skills to ensure favorable outcomes for his clients.

A graduate of the Defense Language Institute with a focus on Russian Area Studies, Chad is fluent in English, and has a working knowledge of Russian, and Slovene. His multilingual abilities and extensive international experience enhance his capacity to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds and navigate complex transactions with ease.

In addition to his professional endeavors, Chad enjoys spending quality time with his wife, Patricia, who is also a REALTOR®. His interests extend to filmmaking; he was the Executive Producer of the film The Brave (2019), an action/thriller set in Albania. The film premiered on major platforms such as Netflix, Amazon, and iTunes, and continues to be available on Tubi and Roku.
